Phased Renovation in an Occupied Villa: Dividing Work into Manageable Stages

An Occupied Villa Needs a Different Programme
Renovating an occupied villa differs from working in an empty building. Agree which spaces remain usable and which tasks belong together. Seasonal rental commitments in Kalkan and Kaş may influence the plan. Smaller phases do not automatically make work quicker or cheaper. Consider the dependencies between trades before dividing the programme.
Sequence Dependent Tasks
Services, preparation and furniture installation affect each other. A completed surface may otherwise need to be reopened. Scheduling by room names alone may be insufficient. Include deliveries and bespoke manufacturing lead times in the same plan. Define what must be complete before each phase begins.
Protect Living Areas and Belongings
Agree how work areas and occupied spaces will be separated. Discuss dust, noise, delivery routes and temporary service interruptions. Appropriate experts should assess whether occupancy remains suitable during particular tasks. Safe working conditions take priority over the programme. State the scope of protection and final cleaning in the quotation.
Discuss a Phased Quotation
For villas between Fethiye and Antalya, share occupancy commitments and priority spaces. Review the scope, repeat mobilisation costs and approval points with Aslan Construction. The construction-stage photograph is not presented as a finished living space. Final sequencing depends on the building and work conditions. Record programme changes in writing.
Explore the Project
The photographs illustrate work from our own project archive. Each property has different dimensions, conditions and priorities, so material and installation decisions need an individual review. Share photographs, a location and your requirements to begin a discussion.
