Consider the Building as a Whole
Aslan Construction approaches a place as more than a list of tasks. We consider the existing building, the owner’s priorities and the relationship between design and daily living together. Our work covers villa construction, substantial renovation, kitchens, outdoor spaces and bespoke timber details. We aim to turn the needs discussed at the first meeting into a considered combination of dimensions, materials and workmanship. A successful result relies on careful preparation and coordinated details as much as visual appeal.
Attention to the Details of Construction and Renovation
Kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, services, surfaces and furniture cannot be planned entirely independently. A clear work sequence brings different trades towards the same result. Understanding site conditions, involving the relevant expertise and defining the scope clearly are central to our approach. We pay attention to the relationship between materials, production and installation so that the finished space works well in everyday use and looks good in photographs. Scope, timing and variations are discussed for each project.
Atölye Aslan: Made for the Person and the Place
Atölye Aslan brings the natural character of wood into bespoke design. Kitchens, cabinetry, tables, headboards and seating are considered as parts of a complete interior. At Villa Nisa, an initial request for a sofa developed into a coordinated design across the villa. Villa Mia Vita brings colour and materials together from occasional furniture to the kitchen. Rather than repeating one model everywhere, we begin with the dimensions, everyday habits and identity of the place.
Preserving Character Through Restoration
Antique restoration calls for more than making an old surface appear new. We consider timber texture, traces of handwork and the piece’s role in a new setting together. Reclaimed chestnut ceilings and a bespoke table at Villa Destiny, together with antique doors and the restored Seljuk star, illustrate this culture of making. We distinguish character worth preserving from problems that need attention. Materials vary, so decisions should be made for the individual piece and project.
From Homes to Commercial Interiors
Our design approach also extends to commercial spaces. At The MIA Kalkan, stone tables and seating made on site demonstrate design and production progressing together. Circulation, display, seating and daily operation need to be considered within one plan. Comfort, material coordination and workmanship support the identity of the place. We discuss both its first impression and how people will use it over time.
Clear Communication and Project-Specific Planning
We assess enquiries in Kalkan, Kaş and Fethiye and along the Muğla–Antalya route according to location and scope. For owners elsewhere or abroad, photographs, measurements and recorded approvals matter. From enquiry and survey to quotation, installation and handover, we aim to keep expectations clear.
