Do Not Leave Opening Until the Last Day<\/h2>

Preparing a villa for the rental season involves more than final cleaning. A property left closed may need checks, maintenance and time to resolve outstanding work. Once the first arrival date is known in Kalkan, Ka\u015f or Fethiye, plan backwards. Identify obstacles to use first. Decorative finishing touches complete the underlying preparation.<\/p>

Review Areas in a Practical Order<\/h2>

Use separate lists for the entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and outdoors. Record operating problems, visible damage and missing items. Arrange relevant technical checks with appropriate specialists. Define pool and garden responsibilities separately. A clean-looking photograph does not establish that every function is ready.<\/p>
