Plan Handover at the Start<\/h2>

A villa renovation handover should be more than a hurried walk-through. The agreed quotation provides the basis for the inspection list. Owners unable to attend in Kalkan, Ka\u015f or Fethiye should identify their representative in advance. Photographs support discussion but cannot replace every operating check. Allow time for the handover in the programme.<\/p>

Finishes and Operation<\/h2>

Review painted, stone and timber surfaces under suitable light. Check doors, drawers and moving components within the agreed scope. Compare existing damage and the boundaries of new work against earlier records. Relevant specialists should check technical systems. A decorative photograph does not verify every aspect of their performance.<\/p>

A snagging list should identify the location, required action and follow-up information. Photographs or precise locations help avoid repeated descriptions of the same item.
